Conduct

When your employees are misbehaving, arguing with each other or conducting themselves inappropriately / unprofessionally and you are seeking tips and tricks on how to handle the concerns swiflty and efficiently. We can help.

Attendance

When employees are coming in late, switching shifts, or not showing up it adds stress to the rest of the team and places the success of the business at risk. Create a formal attendance program which can help manage these concerns.

Performance

You have trained your employee, even retrained them on areas of opportunity and they are still not performing up to standards. Give them one last try by placing them on a performance management process. You will confidently be able to say you have done everything you can to help your employee be set up for success.

Discipline

You have previously been pleased with your employee’s performance and behavior yet recently they seem to have gotten off track. Your ultimate goal is to help your employee refocus and get back up to expected standards.

If that is not possible, consequences such as progressive discipline may be warranted.

Investigations

There may come a point in time where you will need to conduct an indepth investigation related to violence, harassment, and maybe even theft. In order to protect your business and follow legislation there are processes and forms to complete.

We will provide documents for you and walk you through the process. Depending on the severity of the issue, we can also conduct the investigation for you as an objective 3rd party.

Terminations

If and when the time comes that you need to part ways with an employee, there are many factors to consider to protect your business as well as be fair to the employee.

Gone are the days when you “fire on the spot.” We will guide you through a respectful termination meeting as well as provide appropriate paperwork.
