M.A. is a certified Mindset and Cognitive Behavioural therapist, fluent in both French and English with more than 10 years of hands-on experience equipped with a master’s degree in Counselling & Spirituality from Saint Paul University as well as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.
Known for her practical and direct approach accompanied by her supportive, caring nature; It’s clear why her approach has been proven successful to change the lives of more than 2000 private clients.
Sacha’s unique approach includes a map for navigating the waters of self-discovery. She assists clients in discovering the root cause of their pain, stress and, limitations so that they can break free and enhance the quality of their lives. Her methodology has been proven successful with her clients, resulting in deep and permanent transformation to live a happier, more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Through her research and her own self-transformation, Sacha discovered the road to happiness, as she needed to understand the walls of suffering first. Her master’s thesis subsequently addressed the meaning of suffering in finding happiness.
Sacha is a member of the Canadian counselling and psychotherapy association possessing the Canadian certified counsellor (ccc) designation as well as a member of the professional alliance of naturopaths and naturotherapists of Quebec. Sacha’s success lies within her deep understanding of data-backed and proven therapeutic technology. This includes: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness, Hypnosis, Solution-Focused-Therapy and Alternative Healing Modalities.
